LoreType offers a seven-day goodwill refund window for a first report purchase.

How to ask

Email support@loretype.co within seven calendar days of purchase using the email entered at Stripe Checkout. Include the receipt or checkout reference. Never send card details.

What is covered

Duplicate charges, inaccessible reports, material technical errors, and first-purchase dissatisfaction are eligible for review. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time is controlled by the payment provider and bank.

Limits

Repeated refund requests, abuse, chargeback fraud, purchases outside the seven-day window, or purchases already subject to a payment dispute may be declined where the law permits. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
